AIR-obics exercise is a low impact, strength building exercise program. The intensity assures you’re receiving all the benefits of aerobic activity, while being easy on your joints. When are classes?
We currently have class every Monday night from 7:00 pm till 8:00 pm.
What’s the cost?
Your first class is free! After that it’s $8.00 per class, or you can buy them in packs of 5 for $7.00 each, or packs of 10 for $6.00 each.
What do I bring?
- Come ready to sweat!
- Comfortable clothes

- LOTS OF ENERGY!!!
